1. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the delivery date. After 15 days of
the delivery date, you must contact Customer Service to determine the best course
of action. You can also reach us on sales@Trigonik.com
2. Attach the copy of the invoice generated either with the return or show the payment proof if purchased offline from stores.
3. Package return will only be considered if the unit is seal packed/laminated/unused. Used boxes or books will not be returned and no refund will be issued on same
4. You need to attach the copy of the invoice and provide the following information:

5. Products received without a required document as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
6. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the
customer via ground shipment.
7. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product. The product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Avidia Labs is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
8. Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.
12. Funds will be credited within 15 days of receipt of returned product pending
qualification and subject to the above criteria.
